All personal information gathered by The Banff World Television Festival is kept in confidence for the identified purpose for which it was collected. Festival employees or subcontractors only have authorized access to personal information based on the business needs for which it was collected. Physical, administrative and technical measures are in place to ensure that the information is not disclosed or shared for reasons other than achieving the purpose for which it was collected.

All Festival employees use password protocols and firewalls are in place to protect personal information received or stored electronically. Protocols and software are maintained to maximize protection of personal information.
